Personally, after having tried more than 30 types of diapers, I think that the best and most absorbent ABDL diapers are the REARZ "CRTTER CABOOSE", I use them for more than 14 hours, they cover a lot, they are thick, they do not swell a lot, the tapes do not break and the design is very AB

Rearz higher listed absorbency ones are very good. Also the Tykables too.

Megamax, Betterdry both (more medical though Crinklz have AB style prints ARE Betterdry with prints) work incredibly well and cost a lot less than the AB specialty diapers.

Suprised they haven’t been mentioned, but Trest are great. They hold a lot and are very comfortable, probably the best I have seen.
That being said they’re expensive and the company has been pretty slow at shipping them out recently.

Amongst plain white (my go-to): Kiddo Xtreme , MegaMax, Rearz Inspire plus, Trest .... All of those in my experience hold more and last longer than I want to wear them!

The Rolls Royce of diapers. I only splurged on those one time. They were super amazing...But way too expensive.

Yup. These diapers are very absorbent. @xeteor if you're looking for some high capacity diapers, this is my 1st pick. I also love Tykables. They're not the highest for capacity, but they're still perfect diapers.

Megamax & trest both amazing "all day" diapers but remember any high absorbency diaper isn't perfect. Might last all day one day and leak after 2-3 wettings the next. So be prepared for that type of situation. also while some diapers can last all day changing more frequently if possible makes your skin much happier

I like these, they hold lots and lots and as a bonus they're super crinkly&noisy too. I can put one on at 18:00hrs and not change it until 06-08:00hrs.

The ability of a diaper to wick urine away from the point of entry to the far edges of the diaper is key to the diaper’s performing to its rated capacity. Of the two NorthShore diapers I’ve had years of experience with, MEGAMAX is disappointing in that regard but Supreme is excellent. I have never filled a MEGAMAX edge to edge before it leaked, but I have done so with Supreme.

I tried a few of them. Good diapers. But I just don't like wearing a diaper that get's so heavy and with extreme bulge. Difficult to hide that kind of diapers when soaked. One of the reasons why I don't get frequent diaper rash is that I try to change (~3 to 6 hours). Even using a zinc oxide ointment which prevents wearing a wet diaper for hours. Sleeping? I simply add a quality booster (Tranquility topliner [contour] booster) with Abena (plastic back) disposable diaper (with plastic pants and a larger bed pad). Abena are a quality diaper. They don't break the bank (fairly priced).

I agree, a lot of people seem to like to wear them until they fill up. Diaper rash is no joke so I tend to change way before the diaper is 'done' To that end I'd probably bet better off wearing a cheaper thinner diaper. I just like the way mmax feels (even when dry) plus the tapes are some of the best in the business. I found that Abena m4 and even Tranquility ATN do just fine for most of the time, although overnight I really do prefer the thicker ones.

I have the NRU tinimals and yes, they're megamax-style sticky tapes. Where they work too well. When it's time for a change, they will tear the front shell off more often than not!

I’ve had a similar problem with Sunkiss Masterpiece diapers. Maybe the adhesive is too strong.
