Like before I will write down a written guide to help you find the PDA's, but if you prefer a video guide there is one below. Credit goes to MrReign.

Now the video guide will also provide you locations and codes towards the lockers as well. The lockers are not required for any achievements, but you can use them to your advantage if you want to as they may contain some goodies and weapons that may help you on your quest. I will also mention them through the text walkthrough, just keep in mind that they are indeed optional.

Note: The Video Guide also shows you a location where you can get this achievement near the end of it.

So, let's get started. Start up the campaign on Recruit.

Level 01: EnPro Sector 1

Overview: You will be given the same cutscene with the fate of Bravo Team that you saw during the events of Doom 3... only this time you are given something extra in which it sees your character crawl underneath a vent-like tunnel to escape from the threat. Now this game is going to put you right into the action as you will start with off the mission with a Pistol (as well as Unarmed) and 50% Health (due to the escape). You are going to get a fair amount of medium - strong enemies to deal with including a couple of Commando Tentacle Soldiers. You will also at some point meet up with the scientist - Dr. Richard Meyers that will assist you throughout most of this game and you will need to keep an eye out for the collectibles.

Coolant Transfer

Go forward and pick the Pistol and ammo up. When you do a Wraith will jump down the right, and land in front of you. Then another will come from the door. As you go through the door another will jump in front of you. Continue forward.

Coolant Junction

You will find the Machine Gun and a health station. When you turn the corner a Wraith will spawn in front of you and an Imp behind you (note that the Imp only spawns if you go up the stairs on the left). After going through the next door and turning the corner an Imp will spawn. Then go through the next door.

Primary Coolant Transfer

Go forward to pick up the Shotgun. Take a right and you will find a locked door. You're going to get a couple of Wraiths, an Imp, and a Commando to spawn. Once they are dead the door on the opposite side of the room will unlock.

Coolant Transfer

There will just be a zombie in this room. When you go through the only other unlocked door an Imp will be waiting for you and leap out at you.

Energy Transfer Sector 4

As you enter an Imp will spawn on your right. Around the left path there will be two zombies. Then when you hit the corner an Imp will walk out from around that corner. Go through the door and make the first right in the Service Hall.

Canister Monitor Station

There will be a zombie in here. Continue through the door in here.

Service Junction

There will be a fat zombie when you go down the steps. Down the hall, in front of the locked door, an Imp will appear. Make a left and go through the other open door. Watch out for the two zombies and the Imp that appears behind you. Climb down the ladder on the left.

Coolant Transfer

As you turn the corner an Imp will spawn. When you approach the lift an Imp will climb over the railing on the left. Also, watch out for an Imp that comes from behind you. Now you will need to restore power to the lift. Turn around and take a right. You will find a ladder going down, which you should climb. Follow the path and open the door on the left and enter.

Maintenance Area 07

After you drop down another ladder there will be a zombie around the corner. There will be two more zombies a bit later in this area. Climb the next ladder you come across and a wall will open up.

Maint Control Room

Watch out for the zombie inside here. Interact with the computer terminal here to power the lift. Follow the hall through the next door.

Coolant Transfer

There will be an Imp ready to leap to the left. Around the next corner is another. Go up the ladder and use the now-active lift. Around the corner are two Soldiers. Continue through the halls.

Service Hall

When you go up the stairs an Imp will spawn.

Upper Service Hall

There will be two Imps in this section. Go through the next door.

At the other end of this room will be three Soldiers and a health station on the left. There would also be an Imp.

Maintenance Junction

As you go up these stairs a Commando will run at you. As you get to the next door an Imp will walk in. Go through the door.

Primary Coolant Transfer

As you walk into this room and turn the corner there will be a broken window on the left. Walk through it onto the platform below.

Control Room

Drop off the platform. Go over to the computer desk and listen to the video message. If you leave that desk and go left there will be a dead body at another computer console. On that console is a PDA (Allen Rhodes) (1/9). Go back to the desk the video message was at and grab the SSD. Go to the door across from that desk. There will be a Commando in the doorway.

Primary Coolant Transfer

On the left as you enter, an Imp will spawn. Follow that path to a locked door. An Imp will spawn in front of it and then you can go through the door. Go into the elevator to end the level.

Engineering

As you go through the room you will see the exit door. Just before the stairs that lead to them a Maggot will spawn. Go through the door. There will be another Maggot on the other side of that door, along with that zombie. There will be two more zombies and a Maggot by the next door. Go through it.

Service Hall

There will be an Imp and two zombies right as you enter. Ignore the left turn here, it's just a locked door for now. Go straight.

Service Junction

As you enter there will be a Commando that runs at you. At the end of the room there will be a health station. Go through the door.

Upper Coolant Coordior/Coolant Flow Area

Right on your left an Imp will climb over the railing. At the other end you will be attacked by two Forgotten Ones and another Imp. Take a right into the door.

Coolant Control Room

Grab the PDA (Chris Vargas) (2/9) on the best at the other end. Watch out for the headless zombie that gets off the bench. On the left is a keypad. Enter in 731 and grab the Double Barrel Shotgun. When you do, an Imp will walk into the room. Two more Imps and a Maggot will also spawn outside. Time to backtrack.

Service Junction

As you walk in there will be a Maggot that spawns on the left and an Imp will come through the door. Then shortly after that two more Imps will spawn, one to your right and one behind you.

Service Hall

As you enter a zombie and a Soldier will jump you. Make a right and unlock the door. When it opens a Maggot will jump out at you. Take the lift in here.

Maint Overflow Junction

You will need to go right and through the door where a zombie will be. But first an Imp and a Maggot will be waiting for you. A second Imp will come from the down the hall. In that room on the right path will be a PDA (David Voss) (3/9) on the computer desk. In here, open the lock with the computer terminal. This will spawn two Soldiers. Note the health station in here. Now leave that room the way you entered and take the other path you didn't take before. Go through that door and through the hallway. A two soldiers and an Imp will attack you as you approach that door. Go through that next room too, and as the door opens a Commando will run at you. Go to the next room after that.

For the hallway, run straight to the Soldier with your Double Barrel. You should be able to shoot and kill it before it can shoot you. The Imp will spawn, kill it as it does. Go into the next room and kill the Imp in there. You will then have a Maggot and an Imp come from behind you.

Then for the Commando just shoot it as the door opens. On Nightmare there will be a Wraith that spawns behind you. Just run up to it and blast it.

Lower Coolant Corridor

As you enter there will be an Imp and a Maggot. When you go around the corner another Imp will jump down. Cross the bridge and go through the door.

Engineering Junction

When you enter this room you are going to get ambushed. There will be two Forgotten Ones, two Maggots, and a zombie. Continue through.

Power Test Chamber

Go right in here, down the steps, and turn off the power generator. This will spawn an Imp and a Wraith on the left path. When you approach the end of hall a Commando will run at you and a Maggot will come from behind.

Auxilarly Power Core

Grab the grabber from the center of the room. Go to the other end to find a dead end. Go back to where you found the Grabber and turn around and you will see two tubes. One is blue with balls of energy flowing downward. Use the Grabber on a ball of energy and release it into the other red tube. Continue through the room and use the lift.

Core Service Lift

Use the health station in here and continue through.

Lower Coolant Junction

On the right will be a ladder, climb down it. On the opposite side on the top an Arch-Vile will spawn. When it is dead the door on the left will open and a second Arch-Vile will spawn. When that second one is dead continue through that room.

Aux Core Lower Chamber

As you enter here there will be a desk and a computer terminal on the left. Interact with it to initiate power. Continue into the next room.

Lower Engineering

Run to the other end of the room. In front of the door an Arch-Vile with spawn. A Commando will also spawn on the side of the room that you came from. When they are all dead use the elevator to end the level.

Level 03: Underground (Part 1)

Transfer Control

There will be two zombies in here. On the right after you climb the stairs is Storage Locker 054 (Code 631). Just like Resurrection of Evil you do not need these lockers but they are still helpful. You will especially want this one since the Chaingun is inside. Go around the corner and then climb down the ladder.

Service Access

There will be two zombies down here. Go through the next door down here.

There will be a zombie and two Imps in here. Continue down the hall and through the door.

Pumping Station A-12

At the top of the first staircase on the left, an Imp will spawn. When you go up the next small set of stairs another Imp will come from around the corner. Continue around the corner and through the door.

Filtration Control

As you enter three Imps will spawn. One on the left, one at the other end of the room, and the last near the door you entered through. Go through the door at the end on the right and in here on a desk will be a PDA (Bob Thompson) (4/9). Make sure to interact with the computer to the right of the PDA. After you do look right and call the lift. The lift will get stuck and then a bunch of ticks will spawn. Kill them all and then lift will continue to lower. Get on it and take it up.

Supply Storage

Leave that room and take a left where a bunch of Soldiers will spawn. Follow the left path and go through that door.

Service Corridor SL-11

There will be two paths. The one on the right leads to some health but that will spawn two Imps. Take the left path where a Commando will be waiting behind the door. Go straight through the next room.

Transfer Control

There will be two zombies in here. When they are dead there will be the keycard you need on a crate right by where they were. Grab it and then drop down. When you do an Imp will come from the elevator from which the level started. One will also come from the other end of the room. Now go through the locked door in this room. When you approach the stairs that lead to it another Imp will spawn.

Security Station SL-3

Go around the corner and interact with the computer to unlock the other door in here. Note the health station near the computer. Go through that locked door to find the exit to the level.

Level 04: Underground (Part 2)

Sub-Level Corridor SL-1A

Follow the hall and around the corner after you go down a short staircase a Commando will run after you. When you turn that corner there will be two zombies, one that comes from dead ahead and one from the right. There will be two more when you are the path that goes straight. Go through the door.

Sub-Level Security

There will be three Soldiers in here. Two on the other side of the railing and another one in the Security Office on the right. Go through the door into the office and interact with the computer across from the entrance. This will activate a Sentry Bot. This is the one time in this campaign where you can get this achievement:

Bot Buddy

Keep a Sentry Bot alive to its destination in DOOM 3, RoE, or Lost Mission (except Mars City)

It isn't the best option to get it, but it is there. Follow the bot into the next room.

Secondary Coolant Storage

In the first area you are going to have three Imps. Two coming from the front and the back, the other will climb out of the floor. Continue following the bot. As you go down the next hall two Imps will come from the wall on the left. Note the health station. Continue through the end of the room.

Central Sub-System Control

A bunch of Imps will spawn in here as you follow the bot. As you turn the next corner after the Imps a Commando will run out at you. At the end of that hall you will come to a split staircase. One Revenant will be on each side. Turn the final corner in the room and three Imps will spawn on both sides of you (one in front and two in behind). You will now find the exit to the room. However just before you leave into Sub-Level Corridor SL-2, to the right of the door is a dead body at a computer station. On that station is a PDA (Phil Anders) (5/9).

Sub-Level Corridor SL-2

Run down the hall and the path will go to the right. You are going to get jumped by a Commando and a Chaingun enemy. Go around the corner to find a health station. As you turn the corner after that there will be a soldier near a red barrel. Go around the next corner and you will be in a long hallway with three Soldiers and a Minigun Soldier. Follow the bot through the next door.

Equipment Storage

As you climb the stairs there will be a Revenant that spawns near the next door. There will also be Storage Locker 108 (Code 847). Just watch out because a second Revenant will spawn behind you near the door you entered through. On a crate before the exit door is the Rocket Launcher.

Main Service Lift

There's a lot going on in this room. You're gong to have two Hell Knights, two Cacodemons, and a Revenant spawn in. One more Revenant will spawn on the top of the stairs at the other end of the room. On the left side of the room before the stairs is a door. Go through it.

Service Corridor

Just follow this room up the stairs into the next. Then follow Power Transfer Conduit to the other end. Follow the room after that through the next door. You will be back in Service Corridor. The room will go red as you enter. Once the room stops emitting red, the door at the other end will open.

Service Storage Area

Go to the left side of the room and remove the power cell from the generator. This will spawn two Imps on the left and right of the room. Go left out of the room.

Main Service Lift

As you enter here two Cacodemons and a Revenant will spawn. Go down to the lift in the center and as you approach the generator on the right of the lift an Arch-Vile will spawn. Insert the power cell you got into the generator and then call the lift. Another Arch-Vile will spawn behind the lift. Take the lift when it is dead. Then go into the door at the top.

Pump Station E7

There will be two zombies in here. Use the elevator at the other end of the room to finish the level.

Level 05: Exis Labs - Sector 1

Maintenance Access 06

Take a left and use the health station. Go through that door into Exit Lobby Security. There are two Storage Lockers 104 (Code 579). Turn around and use the computer to open the lock. Go back through the door you came in through and make an immediate left through the now-unlocked door.

Exit Entry Hallway

Make a left in here and follow the hall around the corner. You will see another room on the right and go down the stairs. You will find the PDA (Nasir Adil) (6/9). Continue through the hall to the next room.

Exit Access Lobby

In here you're going to have a Maggot and then an Imp spawn. When they are dead an Arch-Vile will spawn. Killing that will unlock the door on the left, which you should go through.

Exis Junction 1

As you walk straight through here, the door will open and two Soldiers, one with a riot shield, will be waiting for you. Kill them and continue onward. Then make a left through Exit Junction 2.

Three Soldiers will come through the opposing door. Go through the door and go around to the left and through the door.

In here is Storage Locker 965 (Code 428). An Imp and a Maggot will spawn. Leave the room, turn right and go through the door in front of you.

Exis Induction Terminal

Let the dialogue with the scientist on the other side of the glass play out. Time to backtrack. Go out of the door and make a left.

Teleporter Sec. Check-In

As you approach the split in the path a Soldier and a Chaingun will run out at you. Make a left at this junction. Follow the hall through the next door and then go through the door on the left. You will need to kill a group of Maggots and Imps before that door opens.

Exis Service Hallway 2

As you enter here a Commando will come from around the corner. When it is dead go through the door that the Commando came from.

An Imp will jump out at you. Go through the next room.

Exis Service Tunnel

As you enter and drop down a Bruiser will come from the right and around the corner. Go to where the Bruiser came from and when you get to the end an Arch-Vile will spawn on the stairs behind you. If you follow those small stairs up and around you will find Storage Locker 071 (Code 532). Keep following that and when you hit the end, near a dead body, is a PDA (Dimitry Levedev) (7/9). When you are ready to leave interact with the panel next to the big garage door to open it.

Mars Surface

There will be a couple of zombies in front of you as the door opens. Take a right and cross the area to the other overhang. Make a left and you will see a lift. Call it and when it touches down a Maggot will be on it. Take the lift up. that will end the level.

Level 06: Exis Labs - Sector 2

Engineering Junction 1

Exit the elevator and go left into this hallway. As you go down a small staircase three Maggots will spawn, surrounding you. Then a Maggot and Imp will spawn. Go through the door.

Engineering Junction 2

As you enter a Chaingun and an Imp will attack you from the other end of the room. When you go to exit the room a Commando will come at you from behind you. If you go left you will find a room with ammo and a health station. Go right to continue. If you went into the room for ammo an Imp will jump out at you as you go through the door on the right.

Molecular Engineering Lab

In this room go right and you will see a machine. On the left of that machine in a holster is a blue canister. Walk up to it and grab it to update the objective. When you do a Bruiser will come from the other end of the room, where a wall will drop down. The door across from the one that you came from will open and a Commando will come through the door. Go through it and then through the next.

Engineering Access 6

An Imp will spawn in the middle of the room. As you go through the next door a zombie will be waiting for you. Look left through the door and use the terminal to open the maintenance hatch. Follow that path and climb down the ladder. Then exit the Elevator Shaft.

Environmental Elevator Lobby

As you enter there will be a dead body on a bench. Next to it is a PDA (Travis Folsom) (8/9). Follow the hall from here. At the end a Chaingun Soldier will run out at you. Take a left and go through the door.

Environmental Systems

Go to the left and take the lift down. Turn around when it stops and follow that path up a ladder. Around that corner an Imp will spawn. When you climb the next staircase two Imps will spawn on either side of you. Interact with the terminal in front of you. When you go a Revenant will come through the door near you. That will now open the door the Revenant came through. Go through that and follow the path through a few doors. In Operations Junction 1 there will be a Chaingun Soldier in here. Go through the door.

Exis Central Operations

Storage Lockers 805 and 806 (Code 372) will be on the left. There will be a health station here too. Continuing through the room there will be three zombies. There will be two doors at the other end. Go through the left door. In here is the last PDA (Bernice Tooley) (9/9). Then go through the other door. You will also have unlocked:

Exis Operations Lobby

As you enter an Arch-Vile will spawn on the other side of the desk. Go left.

Exis Main Junction

As you enter here an Imp will walk at you. Another two Imps and a Maggot will charge you. Go through the other door and then the next one at the other end of the balcony.

Exis Access Stairs

You'll have two Imps and two Maggots spawn in. Go through the next door, that is down the small staircase on the left from the entrance. Follow the path to Teleporter Sec. Check-In. As you approach the door a Bruiser will spawn. Go through the room and then take a right into the room.

Exis Induction Terminal

On the right is a machine. On the left side of the machine is an empty holster (the other side has the same holster but something in it). Walk up to that holster and you will insert the item you picked up earlier. You will now have to wait for some dialogue to go buy. Go through the door on the left and then interact with terminal to use the teleporter and end the level.

Level 07: Hell

Unidentified

You will find the BFG on the right. Go forward to the area ahead. As you go through this area there will be a few gates that enemies will come from. The first two gates will have Cherubs and a Cacodemon come out of them. When you reach the second door a Pinky will come from the third door. When you approach the third door more a Revenant will pop out. Past that door two Pinkies will spawn. Go through the portal.

When you get through the portal there will be three zombies. Then three zombies and a few Forgotton Ones will spawn. On the opposite side of this arena a Hell Knight will spawn. Then two more will spawn. When they are dead a giant staircase will lower. Go up the stairs.

At the top of the platform in front of you an Arch-Vile will spawn. You will need to go around to the right and climb the steps. When you get to the top four Cacodemons will spawn. When they die the staircase will extend.

As you follow that next hall some Cherubs will drop down from the ceiling. As you get to the end of the hall a Vagary will raise up. There will also be some Cherubs that come the right. Then take a left through the door. In the next room there will be three zombies. Then two Mancubus will spawn on the left and right. A third will come from the other door when the first two are dead. Go through there and you will teleport.

As you spawn a few Cacodemons will spawn as you walk along the path. As the end of the path a bridge will extend. Cross that bridge. In the next room there will be a Mancubus will spawn on the left then on the right. Run through the big block that is going up and down. As you pass through a zombie will be on the right and a Cacodemon will be on the left. Go left and a door on the right will open. Shoot the zombie that comes through.

In the next hall a Cacodemon will come at you from the opposing wall. Go left through the door and another Cacodemon will be there. Look left and there will be 4 zombies. Go to the end and through the door on the right. Two Cacodemons will come from behind you. A Hell Knight will also spawn. When that one dies another Hell Knight will spawn along with a few Imps and a Cacodemon. Go through the door that opens up after the fight.

Go up the stairs and an Imp will come from the left. Then two more will spawn. Go up the stairs. In this next room take a left and then go around the corner. Then around the next corner will be a Revenant. In the middle of the room a few Forgotten Souls will spawn then a Hell Knight will come from the right. In the back right of the room will be another Revenant. Go to the left and through the door. In the next room are two Revenants on the left and right. Then follow the hall and jump on the boat. This will end the level.

Get off of the boat. Some Forgotten Ones will spawn behind you. Go through the door and then door on the left. You will be in a room with pillars of fire. Two Pinkies will spawn on the left and right. Then another will spawn will just before the ramp. Then go up the ramp. There will be a Pinky at the top of the ramp. Continue climbing the ramp to get some Imps to spawn. At the top is also an Arch-Vile.

In the next room an Imp and then a Hell Knight will spawn. Approach the next little room and a Cacodemon will spawn. A second and third Cacodemon will be waiting for you as you exit through that room. As you go up the ramp and then down a Hell Knight will spawn. Around the next corner another few Imps will spawn. Then around the following corner a Cacodemon will spawn behind you and a Hell Knight in front of you. Towards the end of this room a few Forgotten Ones will spawn.

As you enter this next area, don't go forward like it appears you need to. Time for an easter egg. Go left and through a little brick entrance. There will be a "RAGE" block. Interact with the block to unlock:

Now, go down the ramp and activate the computer. The teleporter will turn on but you will need to fight off some Imps and Pinkies.

Playthrough 2: Nightmare

This is it folks. This is the 3rd game and the last one that requires you to complete it a 2nd time on Nightmare difficulty. The rules for Nightmare difficulty are the same as Doom 3 & Resurrection of Evil in which every few moments your health will be reduced by 5% and it will keep on going down until your health is 25%. Health in this game as well will be removed and there will be a limited amount of Health Machines you can use, with the additional fact that no health machines will be available when you reach the Hell level. For this game though you do have some advantages to your side because not only is the game short and you have the weapons from Resurrection Of Evil, but the Soul Cube from Doom 3 will also be available on this difficulty. Like the other games though your armor, ammo and all other features in the game on this difficulty are unaffected.

Congratulations! You have completed all of the Doom 3 games on Nightmare difficulty and you can now take a large breath with sigh of relieve and feel proud that you have done at least 7 playthroughs of commitment just to get the games done on Nightmare for a measly amount of Gamerscore. But you are still a bit off distance from jumping out of the nightmare as you still have some achievements left waiting to be unlocked. Let's go and get them Marine!
