If you're looking for a luxurious, all-day spa experience that you can enjoy anytime of the year, look no further than Go Place. This massive facility has 68,000 square feet of treatment rooms, lounging areas, an in-house restaurant, and even a gym – perfect for giving yourself a total relaxation package.
I was extremely impressed by how organized, clean, and professional Go Place is. The team is very well run, and therefore the rooms are spotless, the staff are polished, and all the services are smoothly executed. The hot and cold rooms, and the red light areas were what I used during this visit. The interior design is breathtaking and is reminiscent of a 5 star hotel. The change rooms and showers are supplied with L’Occitane shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and perfume!I appreciate how all the patrons must wear the provided clothing and slippers to prevent outside contamination.I am already planning my next visit this week and look forward to trying out the jacuzzi and steam rooms.

Go Place Spa offers a full, authentic Chinese spa experience that is truly refreshing. The facilities are super clean, and the attentive staff make sure you feel relaxed and well taken care of. The spa offers a variety of saunas and jacuzzis, and it’s important to bring your own swimwear for full enjoyment. The food is also a great bonus, adding to the overall wellness experience. The highlight, though, is definitely the massage—it’s a must-try for ultimate relaxation. If you’re looking to unwind and indulge in a rejuvenating experience, Go Place Spa is the place to be!

Wonderful experience each time I've been. Plenty of space, saunas and jaccuzzi areas are great/ food is tasty. My only complaint is that sometimes some of the younger crowd can be a bit loud however, I'm sure they're just excited to be there so I can understand. IMO the best time to go is early in the morning on a weekday if you want maximum peace.

It was my first time trying Go Place with some friends, and it was a fun girl's date for sure. It reminded me of a fancy hotel I stayed at in China, with high ceilings and chandeliers, shiny floors, excellent service. They have a large area for all things, the rooms with themed stones, an exercise room, games room, massage room and waters. Female and male change rooms are separate and connected to the hot water baths with steam rooms as well. They had places to shower and also change rooms linked to your bracelet that tracks items to purchase and services as well. I slept in one of the lounge chairs and it was relaxing. The hot rooms have temperature on them and they have an ice room as well. We tried their food and it was average, pricing was also average to above average but they have robots to bring them around. The price to get in is a bit expensive when you add the automatic 18 percent tip, and you wind up getting food/drinks because they don't allow you to leave and reenter. However, this is surprisingly opened 24/7

I had a great time here with two girlfriends. A very chill and relaxing place. We enjoyed the different rooms, bubble tea, and the ultimate relaxation experience. We were there for a few hours but I can see how people can spend the day there. Highly recommend if you’re looking to do something different one day.

I recently visited this establishment with a group of ladies and had an overall wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to a thorough and friendly receptionist. The facility itself is impressively large and meticulously clean. We were greeted with warm smiles as we ascended the long escalators, and the staff provided us with clear directions, making our visit enjoyable from the start. We opted to purchase slippers for just $3.00, which was a great value. The range of amenities available is fantastic, offering plenty of activities to enjoy. Once we figured out the process for acquiring towels and other essentials, everything became much more convenient. We ordered a Coffee & Fruit Plate, though I was disappointed to find that some menu items were out of stock. Given the premium price of admission, it would be ideal if all menu items were consistently available. One concern I did have was regarding the cleanliness of the steam room. I noticed that some guests used the small pillows and mats without towels, leaving them wet and sweaty for the next person. This was the only downside to an otherwise great visit.Despite this, the facility is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy time with friends, family, or loved ones.

I had the most wonderful experience at Go Place! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was serene and calming, perfect for unwinding. The massage I received was absolutely top-notch, leaving me feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Thank you Olivia for the amazing massage! The staff were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the entire visit. I left the spa feeling like a new person, and I can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a place to truly relax and recharge, Go Place is the perfect spot!

Great price for what you get! Spent a very relaxing time with my friends here for my birthday. I’m a thicker girl myself, so while my friends didn’t have any issues with the mandatory spa outfit they give you, mine was a tad uncomfortable. At the restaurant the food was quite good, but it took a while and a reminder to the staff for some items to come out.

This spa is definitely different from the other spas I’ve visited in Ontario, and I loved it.It’s more of a place that you would go to with friends to socialize and chit chat while relaxing. It was busy but because the establishment is so big, it didn’t feel crowded which I appreciated.Their amenities are nicely spaced out from each other as well so there were no congregations at one specific area. There are 4 hot saunas and 1 ice box that was great for the hot cold cycles. Hydrotherapy for hot and cold are separately located in respective gender change rooms. They’ve also kept the place quite clean which I could appreciate since we only had the option to be barefoot or rent slippers from them (you can’t use your own slippers). Though I still icky from showering barefoot tbh.

Spent 5 hours; 7PM - 12 AMHad the full body massage ~$120. Fab!Entry fee is separate ~$68.50.Food $40 (tea, teriyaki & soup)Service charge 12%Once upstairs you’ll have to walk barefooted or wear slippers. These are provided at $3.50Recommendation: Just pay the entry fee. You’ll get access to all the amenities and this is enough to get most of the experience +Cost adds up at end of night so be mindful if you’re budgeting.

Even as short as 6 months ago, used to be a very quite and peaceful spa place. The place is now crowded and overfilled with people, the common area that used to be silent enough to hear a pin drop now sounds like a public cafeteria with the volume easily exceeding 50 decibels. The staff have zero desire to try and reduce the volume. If you're a party animal, then this is the place for you. If you're looking for a peaceful spa place, then look somewhere else.

Spent 8hrs here! The service was amazing. As soon as you get up someone is already there cleaning up for the next person to enjoy. Our party of 10 all got services and we all raved about our massages/facials/scrubs. Very rare everyone is satisfied with their RMT. Food is delicious. My second time there and could spend all my time there.

Stepping into Go Place Spa for the first time, I was immediately struck by the atmosphere—an instant sense of calm. The décor combines sleek modern design with traditional spa elements, creating a soothing environment perfect for unwinding. While it was busy on a Friday, the facility didn’t feel overcrowded. The guests, much like the staff, were respectful of the calm atmosphere. However, the restaurant and the pool areas were a bit noisy at peak hours. The spa provides robes and towels, and slippers are available for $3, but I would recommend bringing flip-flops for the pool area.Final Thoughts:As a first-time visitor, Go Place exceeded my expectations. The sheer variety of amenities, along with the attention to detail in the environment, made it an incredibly relaxing experience. Whether you're looking to spend a few hours or an entire day, it’s a perfect retreat from the daily grind. I’ll definitely be back!

Place looks good and service is good….but:The biggest down is that the jacuzzi and wet sauna are separate for men and women, there is no any water tab that you can enjoy as a couple. They charge SERVICE FEES 🥴I think the price is more than I’m willing to pay for that attraction. The massage was so good I loved it.Place is clean and sparkly.Lunch was good.Keep in mind at the entrance they check your bags and no water or food allowed in.

Go Place offers a clean and relaxing spa experience with a variety of well-maintained saunas and pools. However, it can get crowded, which affects the tranquility. While the services are good, some extra charges feel a bit pricey. The food is decent but not the main attraction. Overall, it's a great spot for a spa day, especially if you visit during quieter times.

the place is good, of course, it depends on what you compare it to. the service is good. the food is normal, the prices in the restaurant are not very high. I didn't like it - the soundproofing of the saunas is at a low level. when relaxing in the sauna you don't enjoy the silence, because you can hear loud music around you. it's awful...that's why the rating for the rooms is the lowest. there are many more points, but this is already a paid job))) you can write many shortcomings. the administration can always clarify this with me. thanks

I truly cannot wait to come back and experience this spa again. This place takes you to a whole new level of serenity, peace, comfort, and so clean. The regular 60 min massage & the 90 min wrap massage was everything my body needed! I came out of both of them feeling better then I have my entire life, the service was outstanding. Everyone was so polite, caring, helpful and always make sure your enjoying your time. I definitely recommend coming here for a beautiful & relaxing spa + massage experience!!! Loved every minute I was here, I'm excited to come back for more massages and relaxing.

I had a great time at Go Place Spa in Markham. The facilities were modern, clean, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The variety of saunas, pools, and relaxation areas really helped me unwind after a long week. I also appreciated the little extras like the relaxation lounge and café, which added to the overall experience. However, I was surprised and a bit disappointed by the additional service charge that wasn’t communicated clearly upfront. I understand that service fees are standard, but it would have been nice to know about it beforehand or have it incorporated into the initial price. It took away slightly from what was otherwise a lovely day.Overall, I would still recommend Go Place Spa for its great amenities and peaceful ambiance, but just be aware of the extra charges! I also don’t think they should be charging service charges for only 2 people. I understand the service charge for a big party but for two it doesn’t make any sense!

A group of rude girls completely ruined our day at the spa! They were speaking loudly and disrespecting others in the steam room. Despite politely asking them twice to lower their voices, they ignored us and continued talking in their own language. We even approached the employees at Go Place to address the situation, but they told us they couldn’t do anything about it. This is unacceptable. The spa should enforce rules to ensure guests behave appropriately. People come here to relax, and considering the cost—$100 per person with food and drinks—it’s disappointing to experience this.Additionally, I don’t understand why you require everyone to provide their driver’s license information just to visit the spa. What’s the reason behind this policy? It feels unnecessary and intrusive.Other than that, it was a beautiful spa.Not recommended to go when its busy.

First timer here, I personally have no expectation on this place. My partner have been here a couple time and said it was a great experience. We ended up going on our anniversary and my experience here is very pleasant.First impression is you check in at the front and they give you a badge and that badge contains everything you need from opening lockers and ordering food that is available inside. Facility is very luxurious and this is the place where you want to wind down, especially your in the city that you have no time to relax. Lots of room and space. Spa rooms are available in different temperatures and as well an ice room. There’s also a gym inside for those who wants to work out. Staffs are very attentive and polite and always keep things tidy and clean.Overall, the experience is something worth going here for. I highly suggest do start in the morning and stay here as long as you can and enjoy peace and quietness. I would definitely be back again and I suggest give this place a visit whenever you’re in the area! Definitely a 5 star experience!

After returning from Go Place, I can't help but notice some areas of concern surrounding hygiene. The mats in the sauna often have stains on them, and the pillows in the rooms dont look like they get washed often. Sometimes I see the towels on the grey lounge chairs being replaced, other times I see staff simply smoothing out the towels after someone has laid there. It would also be nice if a mandatory shower was needed before entering the water spa, I've been in there and seen bits of hair floating around which was not pleasant. Overall I think they could make more of an effort to keep things clean and well maintained. Other than that staff are helpful and the calm atmosphere is relaxing. The massage services are great and don't leave much to be desired - clean and lots of options for privacy

My wife suggested this place because she wanted to not only do a spa but also have good food and wow was the food ever good! The spa itself was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the different rooms and relaxed in the chairs.Book ahead of time if you want a manicure/pedicure. We thought we could do a drop in but they were fully booked. We didn't try for a massage but would most likely be the same wanting to book ahead of time. Now for the food. I was blown away by how good the food was! The sushi roll they did is my absolute favorite sushi roll ever 10/10! Pork bone soup was also fantastic and fried rice was great too. Oh and the lamb? Perfectly done!

Wonderful staff and service!! Thank you 💐 for being so attentive and available at all times!Great place to go with a friend or just by yourself. Allow to Let yourself go and unwind.. just relax. Beautiful oasis, with soft upbeat music at the right temple and perfect volume. The entrance fee is approximately $68.50 plus tax with 12% service fee. Spa robe or outfit is provided. Slippers or socks are extra $3.00. Additional cost for massage and facial. Your bracelet for the day is your credit card so use it wisely. No hidden cost! Front desk staff are very helpful and provide you with policies and costs, it’s all explained to you upfront. The security will quickly check your bag prior to entering the spa. There is a one time exception that allows you to leave the building up to couple hours and return without paying the entrance fee again. You have to leave your bracelet, your ID and pay the bill prior to leaving. Amazing hot tub options to choose from, ample of sauna rooms to test out and unlimited areas of lounge rooms with very comfortable seats and beds!! Hot tub area is separated by gender, and the leisure area is shared by both genders. Food is delicious and price wise was very comparable to outside restaurants. It was a very relaxing experience for sure. My mind was silent and content for at least 8 hours!!! I felt regenerated and refreshed! I loved the “me time”.
